I have a 1999 4Runner with 173358 miles and 5 spd manual transmission. Bumpers are very rusty and I was told when I went for state inspection that the frame is rusted and could be repaired but I have a 2002 4Runner and don't need this one so I'm selling as a parts car. Runs great and was on the road until recently my son reminded me that there is a slow leak of power steering fluid.
