I bought the vehicle in August 2014 with 164,931 miles. It was always factory maintained by the previous owner, same goes for me. I have many of the old records and all the new ones. Here are all the major maintenances I have gotten done since I owned it. All Toyota OE parts were used or the service was done at the dealership.
Water pump, timing belt, drive belts, front seals, idler bearing and tensioner bearing (166,731, December 2014)
Inner and outer tie rod ends (177,431, December 2015)
Lower ball joints (177,431, December 2015)
Steering rack guide (177,431, December 2015)
Front brake rotors and brake pads (178,803, January 2016)
Rear brake shoes (178,803, January 2016)
Spark plugs and wires (February 2016)
Parts for valve cover gasket job (spark plug grommets, cam seals, valve cover gasket) (February 2016)
Serviced front differential, transfer case, rear differential, and transmission fluids (182,381, May 2016)
The 4Runner has been maintained very well. Selling it because I want to sleep in the back while camping and I don't fit with my gear.
