I have for sale a 1996 white runner limited with a stock auto tranny with 140,000 miles that is currently not running, I’m not sure if it has an electric rear locker since there isn’t a “switch” for it but there’s a wire that goes into the rear diff housing. It had a bad head gasket and I started the repair process but I got as far as getting the new head gaskets in and the heads on but I don’t have time to finishing to put it back together. I owned it for about 2 years and everything worked fine(4 wheel drive-high,low and auto) before it stared overheating and gave me the strawberry milkshake in the radiator. It has been sitting for about a year but I need it gone.
Located on Long Island NY it needs to be towed away. It has typical north east rust and the panhard bar bracket on the axle side is broken and the rear window works but it pops out of the the pins/studs that connect it to the riser mechanism. The tailgate has a dent from the previous owner and probably why the rear window has issues. Overall it’s agreat truck in rough condition that needs TLC. Please let me know if I missed anything to make the thread correct. I will upload a picture of the truck as it is now tomorrow when it’s light out.
