I have one of the lowest mile year 2000 3rd GEN 4 Runners that I know of. I bought it from a guy that lived in a retirement community. Unfortunately, I have 4 cars and I never get to drive it, only on the weekends. Fortunately for you, I am selling it. If you want a RARE runner that will last a long time this is the one!

Is it a 1999 and What happened to the F&R steel Bumpers?

Weird right? No mention of the year. If its a 99 or 00 the limited came with color matched bumpers. With such low miles you wonder why they're so bad & the Black dip looks terrible.

Black dip definitely looks terrible... first thing someone would have to do is pull that off and fix the bumpers. I wonder why he plastidip'd them with such low miles. ODO Broken? Accident? Also, it is a low miles limited but $14,000 still seems a bit steep.

My '02 in maine salt was well cared for and the bumpers, [color matched] never rusted. The frame and underbody is a yearly war against salt & molasses road mix.

At that asking price you might want to peel off that dip and reinstall the running boards an mud flaps. Your price is definitely attainable, but those little alterations make it look like your teenage son scrolled through the forum a bit and found some awful cheap mod threads.

I'm just curious why they needed to be dipped with such low miles. Anyways, GLWS!
