Good luck with the search, but in this kind of shape, 4x4 with rear locker and that mileage I can't imagine you will find any cheaper.
A friend kept hounding me to sell him my 2000 SR5 4x4, rear locker (in really good stock condition with 140K miles) for $8K and I never bulged.
He just bought, in Phoenix, a 2002 limited, nearly mint, with 90K miles for $10,500
