FS: eimkeith PCK® (Panhard Correction Kits) for 3rd gen $93.50, 4th/5th Gen $98.20

Super stoked to see this for the 4th gen. Probably not a necessity at my ride height, but I love the idea of this over an aftermarket ph bar. Likely ordering soon :)

Solid work bro

Installed today

I borrowed a co-workers welder this morning to weld in the bracket on my 3rd gen. Worked just fine. The axle is much closer to center now, still using the OEM bar. And the back end seems much more stable when cornering and going over bumps. (As expected)

Mine is installed now and I have a week or so of driving on it. Sadly I also upgraded my rear springs to dobbinson super HDs so I can't say its all the PCK but my truck handles very very nice now! Glad I did this and saved a grip over a replacement PH bar! It feels like it takes corners MUCH better now, more predictable turn-in.

Have seen these available even before I purchased a 3rd gen. Happy to say that I just ordered a set. Thanks Keith.

Can't say enough good things about this kit! I installed the kit on my '01 T4R SR5 with 3 inches of lift. I used the 3rd (lowest) hole on the frame-mounted bracket, and the panhard bar is almost perfectly horizontal.

For one, the design is extremely well thought out and produced, which makes installation such a breeze! No cutting or major modifications needed to the vehicle or the brackets; some simple grinder work to get the surfaces ideal for the weld and that's it! Super easy.

Secondly, what a huge improvement to the handling of the vehicle. I'm lifted 3 inches - and handling was sketchy at best, especially at highway speeds. Now, I'm much more confident behind the wheel of my rig and driving it is more enjoyable than ever!

I highly recommend this kit!

Just curious—what would I feel differently once the PCK is installed? My 4G is lifted in the 2.5-3.5 range in the rear, but I don’t feel it doing anything too weird...

These are weld-on bracket kits (one Panhard Lift Bracket and one Panhard Drop Bracket) to correct the angle of the panhard bar on 2-4.5" lifts, designed in response to a thread on T4R.org.

Couple questions about the panhard bracket kits. Anyone else with panhard bracket experience can comment too.

1. Have there been any issues of the lift bracket hitting the crossmember during suspension travel, especially when driving somewhat fast and hitting dips in the road?

2. I've seen in previous threads that panhard brackets that weren't gusseted were at risk for getting torn off. Have you encountered or heard anything about that?

with the springs removed from my truck, I can elevate the axle squarely to the point where the top of the axle-side bracket touches the overhead crossmember. This is at full bump with the springs removed. If this were a concern, minor trimming of the differential-side rear corner (the one closest to the spare tire) would give the additional clearance. I'm not positive the axle ever gets that high during actual use, however.

It will not make contact under full articulation with the factory (short) bump stops in place.

They do not need gusseting. A couple of folks plated over their welds, which is fine, but unnecessary. I've never heard of such an issue.

Hope that helps!

Very helpful thanks. I’ve been considering getting these for a little while now because of all the positive feedback about your ph brackets. Just haven’t gotten around to learning how to weld & haven’t found a welder I trust yet. Will be in touch when I get that part resolved.

hey - just saw this today!

you'll notice an absence of wiggle when the rear compresses at speed - something you might have gotten so used to, you don't realize it, possibly.

eimkeith, do you normally use weld through primer for the drop bracket since it overlaps with the frame?

Welded by Stellar Built in Sacramento along with the rest of the Icon Dynamics suspension.

This is on my 2006 V8 2wd.

How much lift are you running? I drew up a drop bracket for the 4th/5th gen, but I didn't think anyone would need it! - looks like you might?
