FS: OEM Navigation system 4CD Bluetooth MP3/WMA - JBL or non-JBL

I have a factory Toyota navigation system for sale. It is the Sienna navigation (E7007), and is the same as the 4Runner (E7008) and Solara (E7009) systems except it has green backlighting instead of the 4Runner orange. I bought it brand new, wanting to install it in my 4Runner, but I don't really need it.

Here's what's included:
- E7007 Navigation system (has bluetooth, 4-disc CD changer with MP3/WMA playback).
- GPS Antenna
- 5-pin plug with reverse and speed sensor wire taps
- North American Map DVD ver. 5.1
- Japan microphone with modified plug so it plugs directly into the navigation system. (If you want to add a backup camera, the plug will need to be modified)
- A navigation manual (the actual book) in both English and French languages - I also have the PDF's if you want that too
- A bunch of zip ties and other hardware that can be used to install the system.

If you do not have a DIGITAL JBL system currently installed, I also have a digital JBL amplifier along with a conversion harness that will allow you to plug it in directly, it also includes the voice guidance wires.

Some notes:
1. If you currently have a JBL system, you will need to add three wires from the navigation system to the amp to get the voice guidance to work.
2. If you have a 2006+ model, the AUX input will not work unless you make some wiring modifications. I did not make these modifications since I do not have an AUX input on my 2003.
3. I plugged everything in to see if it was working and it does. I do not have the steering wheel controls, so I could not test those, but they should work without a problem.
4. I bought everything brand new. They have not been installed, only plugged in to test.

Pricing:
If you currently have the JBL system installed: $1550 shipped without the JBL amp and conversion harness. --- you will need to run a few wires to get the voice guidance to work.

If you DO NOT have the JBL system installed: $1800 shipped with the JBL amp and the conversion harness.

Is this unit the same size as a normal 6-disc. in-dash unit, like that found in an `01 Limited?

I'm trying to find a way to retro-fit for an `01 Limited, the dash lights are green allready, so this unit would be perfect. If it would fit that is...

Imola, sorry I didn't see your message until now.

There were two sizes on the 3rd gen. If your current radio has rounded edges, it should be the same size. If the edges are squared off, then no it won't fit. The NAV system is 7 and 7/8" across.

Also, since the 3rd-gen JBL system is not digital, you will also need the digital amplifier.

I'm throwing in the steering wheel controls (both left and right side).

Right side has the voice command button as well as the bluetooth answer and hang-up buttons.

Yes it will. If you have the 6-disc changer, you will need a new dash piece (the silver one that surrounds the radio and air conditioning controls to get the NAV to sit flush with the dash. You don't have to change the dash panel, but there may be gaps.

One more issue you might run into is the voice output. I'm not sure if the JBL amp in the 2004 has the voice output capability or not.

I currently have the toy nav system with the single CD/tape player. The DVD for the nav is located in the rear right wheel well. Think this will be an easy swap with modifications for bluetooth? How about the rearview camera, any mods needed for this?

rear view camera should be no problem plug and play swap

I don't have a 2004 unit to check, but as long as the external DVD unit connects directly to the NAV, this should work fine, just leave the rear DVD drive disconnected.

The backup camera will need to be modified. The connector for the backup camera was changed on the newer 4disc models and is integrated into the microphone connector. Please check out the picture of the microphone I posted, you will need to extract the pins from your current camera and insert them into the connector shown in the picture.

Yes it is. Version 7.1 just came out I believe. However, I bought the unit a year ago when 5.1 was still the newest version and it is the last version that allows you to access the software-based override control.

Are you willing to sell the amplifier and conversion harness separately? I have everythign else you listed accept my amp is a 04 amp so I don't have the voice guidance capability.

Is the dash bezel the same. Whats your final price?

Yes it is compatible with your SR5 without JBL. As far as I know your SR5 is already wired for steering wheel controls, however you will need to purchase a new airbag in order to add the controls to your wheel. The only thing that may be a problem is the AUX input as I don't have the wiring for that. The dash bezel fits fine.
