I haven't been able to make it out to my storage unit since we have been getting non-stop rain in most of Texas from Hurricane Patricia. There is also some flooding in that area, but it shouldn't be too bad.

In general everything underneath this partout 4Runner looks pretty bad. I saw the photo you PMed me. It looks like there are some smaller metal pieces on that part and if it is like everything else underneath this 4Runner those pieces will be rusted. This 4Runner was originally delivered and owned in Ohio and is rusted bad on the bottom-side. The rubber parts may be fine.

I'll let you know for sure once I have a chance to get out to my storage unit, but if those smaller metal fittings and other metal pieces are prone to rust mine probably won't be worth buying.
