I've had this thing sitting since I sold my 2005 and 2004 4Runner's. It fits perfectly behind the seat in the cargo area. I used the stock cargo latches in the back to hold it down. It fit everything I needed in it (road side equip., general tools, small camping gear, etc.). I mounted my amp on the side of it and it was hidden pretty well. The subwoofer is a 12" MTX Road Thunder. The woofer area is enclosed and is 1 cubic foot (spec for this sub).
This has been sitting in my garage on the shelf for about a year and it needs to be gone! Could need some new carpet which you can get at Pep Boys for about $25/roll
