Fuel Lines are rotten looking for ideas

Hey guys i'm looking for an alternative to these three lines because ....mine are rotten

Toyota 77255-35740 Fuel Return Tube

Toyota 77251-3D150 Fuel Main

Toyota 77261-35520 Fuel Tank To Canister

I'm wondering if there is a cheap alternative like rub hoses or if i make use cooper nickel lines and bend and make them myself if so what would the fittings be on the ends of the hose and the size of the lines?

I've never personally done it but I know a few who have used brake lines(copper-nickel lines) with fittings for their fuel lines. In terms of size I had a customer come in who was doing this to his muscle car and he used the standard 3/16" brake line. Don't know what kind of fittings he was gonna use cuz he didn't buy any from us. If you go that route most stores will let you go through all of their fittings so you should be able to find something that works.

I'll have to look because i think these lines are thicker the 3/16 but i cant tell just yet...also i dont want to touch them (for fear they will fall apart lol) without a solution in place first

The customer that came in wanted 3/16". He knew what he wanted and I have no experience with it so I'd do a lot of research before hand. I just threw it out there as an example

Not to hijack the thread, but does anyone know what the standard size for the fuel lines are? And can you DIY flare them with a standard brake flaring tool? If so, buying the fuel lines in bulk and flaring them might be a cost effective solution.

Is it possible to buy a fuel grade hose for the three lines in the bottom left hand of this diagram. If so what is it called and where can I buy it

I know the part number for the pieces they are at the top of the post. Instead of just replacing it with a fix that will rust out in a few years im looking to see if there is a rubber tubing option.

I would not use rubber in place of steel lines for underneath the frame. Having seen it done, let's just say the end result was all wet down the road later in time. It won't pass inspection here in NC, don't know about Canada.

Shipping from the states isn't cheap but you could PM fellow member DeathCougar to see if he has them used in his junkyard or maybe a fellow member could find them in California for you.
