No. Gobi has shut down everyone else. Any of the racks that are in the first page of this thread are fairly low profile. The Baja Utility rack is a good option if you want a mesh floor. No basket style rack beyond Gobi and drabbits are low profile. Unless you made your own. :rockon::rockon:

I did not get a chance to wire it up yet (111 degrees yesterday, 113 today) I did at least get my light bar remounted and made a bowfront clear lexan wind deflector.

We are doing the Big Bear run in So Cal this weekend and the heat will continue so it will be a couple weeks before I get to running the wiring harness.

Since this seems like the appropriate thread to ask....

I'm looking for insight on the increase in noise and decrease in gas mileage (if any) installing a roof rack may have. Has anyone noticed significant changes in these two criteria and if so, what rack do you have?

With the Prinsu I had zero wind noise even with the traction mats and a high lift jack mounted on it. It wasn't until I installed the light bar until I got significant noise. That is why I moved it and made the clear wind deflector.

I have not driven it yet to test it out but I would bet it will be quiet.

As far as gas mileage, I haven't driven it enough to say one way or another.

I was thinking about designing something similar when I build my rack, but am curious about if there is much of a light loss/ reflection through the angled plexiglass. Can you take a photo with it on at night from the side of the vehicle?

It would be a couple days before I could take one from the side. The first thing I did though was to connect a wire straight to the battery and test it out. It lit up my garage pretty well.
