Fuse of CIG is dead and cause 2 other problems

Hello Everybody,
My name is Pierre, Peter in english.
In advance, sorry for my english, here in Belgium, we speak french.
So, canadian friends can speak in french with me, and for all people, i'shall try to do my best.
Thanks for helping me with my little ELECTRIC PROBLEM with my 4runner.
A few months ago, i connected a little compressor in the cigar connector, to add some air in the tires. And after a few minutes, nothing at all. (without ignition key)
No more 12volts on the cigar connector, fuse 7.5A dead.
So i replace with a new one.
But it is not perfect.
I have 3 little problems :
- without ignition key = no current on cigar connector
and 2 others organs no longer function :
- no more light for cold/warm night-lightning.
- and Left/Rear Window Motor does not function.

All other fuses seem to be good.

What can I do ?

I did the same thing with my 93 4Runner. I had read somewhere there is a fuseable link on the cigarette lighter. Take the lighter out - replace the fuseable link (I used a piece of 16 gauge wire), and that fixed mine.

Now when I use my air compressor I run it from the battery, and not the cigarette lighter socket.

The cigar lighter fuse is 15A

So i replace with a new one.
But it is not perfect.
I have 3 little problems :
- without ignition key = no current on cigar connector

It is only supposed to work with the key ON.

and 2 others organs no longer function :
- no more light for cold/warm night-lightning.
- and Left/Rear Window Motor does not function.

All the power windows use the same power source, so if one works the power is good. The problem may be the window motor or the control module.
