That is awesome Gabex35, can't wait to see it on a 14'. The RCI skids look great and will definately be protectful on the trails.
RCI has very good customer service and the product ships out very quickly. I was so impressed with their front 3 skids that I bought a gas tank skid last Friday and I recieved a shipping notice already this morning.

I agree. RCI was a pleasure to do business with. I had an issue trying to figure out the newer transfer case skid and cross member after hours and Josh answered his phone and was super helpful. Great company!

Didn't realize you had to take the transfer case skid apart? I did the same thing when I had received mine.

No, the photos on the forum didn't show the use of the OEM cross member support tubes so I took them out. Then had an issue with the skids sitting pretty firmly against the crossover exhaust pipe. Josh said the new ones require the crossmember support tubes to add the extra space for the exhaust.

Here's a photo without the tubes and the lack of gap.

Oh. I don't have support tubes. My transfer case skid swoops underneath the exhaust. Obviously mine are an earlier model not on a '14.

Man Gabe, after you get your Shrockworks bumper installed. You'll be fully armored. Only thing left to do is, to do a full cage wrap around the 4r. Then you'll be ready for Mad Max thunder dome battle. Lol! Good job there.

You guys are funny lol. If my plan of getting a beater DD doesn't come to fruition, my mod money will become gas money :(

May need to look into re-gearing in the future if it helps with the extra weight...
 
Got my 650# coils on and rebuilt my UCA's (just the poly bushings). Sitting at about 39.5" from ground to bottom lip of fender. I am pleasantly surprised that it's not too stiff, and that's without the Shrockworks and winch on yet. I'll get it dialed in the next few weeks.
 
So this is the finished product for a while....

Added a Shrockworks front bumper, VR10,000S, Rigid Dually Floods, Rigid 10 E2





The rig is ready for the FJ Summit and Moab next week. I'll be sure to post photos as i go.
 
The headlight filler peices look like a nice fit.
Bumper looks amazing! Thanks for the pics.

The filler pieces really fit bad to be honest, I'm not happy with them. I haven't had a chance to send them photos yet but I can see them damaging the headlight over time.
