gas and hood lever

Maybe this is a chance for someone to come up with a mod than moves the gas cap switch somewhere else. Like one of those switch blanks to the left of the steering wheel.

Call me old school, but I had at least two cars where the gas cap was mounted behind the rear license plate. It was easy to fill the tank from either side of the car. Now those were the days!

Back when gas was 19.9 cents a gallon, full service...and service meant something.

But I don't seem to have an issue. Then again, I'm left handed. I just reach forward and flip the lever before I get out to fill up.

After opening the hood twice, when new, I now only pull the fuel door.
