Napa had the same sale a few months ago except they were the flex head ones. Best price I've ever seen on a set like that and I swooped them up!

I have some Gearwrench wrenches in my toolbox. IMO, well designed but not always well made. I have had to warranty more Gearwrench pieces that any other maker. This coming from only a shadetree mechanic.

That rant over, it is a good price on them.

Really? I believe that there are a few companies that make Gearwrench under license now. I have a Craftsman one that I bought a few years ago, hasn't failed me yet. I also have a real? Gearwrench set that's about 15 years old. That one has taken some serious abuse and has always worked like a dream.

Edit- Oops my bad...I was thinking of socket wrenches. But my SAE wrench set has been used daily for some years without issue. I don't know if I'll buy another standard combination wrench again. It would be like going from a cordless impact driver to a standard screwdriver.

I've had my GW flex heads for close to 10 years now with now issue's YET. I got them for $30 from sears back in the day when the craftsman version was $69.99 @ the time. I was skeptical @ first but haven't looked back since.

Glad I made that purchase! I think the smallest in that set at the time was 10mm
