Getting Lumbar fixed and

I will be getting the lumbar support fixed in my truck next week. Lately, I have noticed that the leather driver's seat cover/ seat looks really worn out for a 1 year old vehicle and am hoping to ask the dealer to change it out as well. Has anyone else tried/ done this? How did u convince the dealer if so? Would the seat/ leather seat cover be covered under the warranty?
Please let me know.

My money's on the dealership telling you that "wear and tear is not covered under the warranty" but I sincerely wish you the best of luck. Let us know what they tell you.

Am happy about how this was handled

I took the 4R beast to get the lumbar issue fixed at New Holland Toyota in New Holland PA. I had also asked the service manager to look at the driver's side leather seat to see how ugly it looked with all the premature creasing (others have had this issue as well).

They kept the beast for 2 hours fixed the lumbar issue well (have not noticed any crunching since the fix).

The service manager also told me that she had looked at the seat as I had requested and that although she was not sure if it was normal wear and tear, the leather did look 'fatigued'. She has ordered a new leather seat covering for me and it will be put on under warranty

For those of you who live close to New Holland PA or are in the area, I highly recommend New Holland Toyota. I had worked with them when I was trying to buy the T4R and they were great (it did not pan out because they were unable to secure one in my timeline). For those of you looking to buy, I suggest working with Mr. Scott Bachmann from the sales dept. there.
For those of you looking to get your T4R or any other Toyota vehicle serviced there, I recommend working with Ms. Ashley Zong- she is great to work with!
