Getting seat belt adjuster back on track

Hey i noticed today that the driver side seat belt retractor adjuster thingy didn't work. It's off track and not catching the retractor. I am trying to pull off the cover to try and reposition is, but I cannot seem to pry this piece off.
Any ideas?

Remove both sill plates (scuff plates), remove the bolt for the lower seatbelt attaching point, remove the lower trim panel. This will expose a couple of bolts holding the upper trim panel you want to remove. All the panels are also held with clips that snap out. Good luck.
