I belibe they are a rubber flap that goes behind the wheel in the wheel well to cover the gap between frame and body.

it keeps you from seeing through your fenderwell from one side to the other. you can make them out of diamond plate and paint them black, any kind of think durable rubber will work, not hard to make.

ohhh alright thanks

and yeah i saw the roof, the front driver side pillar is too short or it would be perfect, because that pillar is bent pretty close to where it meet the window and hood...thanks thoughh

Aside from the visual plus of the gap covers, in the front wheel wells they help reduce the amount of mud that can be splashed in to the engine bay and onto stuff that mud likes to destroy (which, lets face it, is just about everything!).
