Glove box removal

I need to remove the glove box to get at the a/v hub so I can connect a USB adapter in order to retain the dash usb port in my stereo install. Stereo is all installed, but I have not gotten to the usb adapter yet. A few weeks ago I found a thread that showed how to take down the glove box in a 5th Gen. I've been searching the forum for the better part of an hour and I can't find the darn thread. That thread was about a rattling noise that was found to be in a plastic piece behind the glove box.

Anyone know what I'm talking about? A link would be much appreciated!
