Glove compartment light

Is there a light for the glove compartment? I have had my 4runner for 4 years now and only today I think I saw the light turn on in the glove compartment but not too sure.

My questions are

1. Where is the light bulb. I think I see a small hole on the underside bit can't really tell if there is a bulb in there
2. Where is the switch that turns it on
3. If that is the bulb how to I change it

Mine was a 194/168 wedge
