Got some old Sequoia wheels, should I do anything to them?

I was just about to get a set off of Craigs list...saw your post about spacers. What is the back spacing and are spacers neccessary. I have a 3 inch lift but I dont like the idea of running spacers (I know many do and like them) How much do they rub without spacers. Any additional info will help in my decision.

Spacers? They shouldn't need spacers as far as I am aware
