I was cruising kijiji today for 4R parts like normal and I came across this 4R and I'm wondering if anyone knows what light bar ( seems like a combo rigid) and mounting kit is on this truck? Think it looks pretty solid....

Looks pretty good. Most grill mounted options are about 19 inches

Yah I've never seen this configuration before so was wondering if anyone has any info on it.... I know the pic isn't great.

I also mounted a 32" in the grill. Not very hard to do just bent some brackets out of flat steel to mount it to the upper bumper support.
From what I remember mounting it I think a 32" is probably the longest you can fit.
I just hung some cardboard to the bumper support, put the bumper back on so I could mark how low I needed to mount it to line up with the opening , quick sharpie through the grill and then went to work bending some brackets. I forgot to take pics of it mounted with the bumper off.

I mounted my 20" rigid bar. Didn't remove anything more than the fan shroud cover which is little plastic pop rivets. I could measure but could not have been easier. No drilling either. Couple 4" bolts. A piece of flat stock. And ur LED bar is all ya need

Don't think a 40" will fit, but no way for me to confirm as my gill is different (2012). Best thing to do is grab a tape measure and measure width of grill opening, that will give you a good idea what will possibly fit.............TAPE MEASURES DON'T LIE!
Column "C" is the actual width of LED light housing
It may be possible to fit a 38" bar using brackets [MENTION=127657]codyHTX[/MENTION] is referring too, except reverse brackets so mounting point is under light bar instead of extending outward (as picture above) may allow for better mounting surface...........it'll be a tight fit, but that's a good thing!

I did mine without removing the bumper. Used 1" square stock (aluminum) 3" bolts and I use the stock mounting holes where the upper support holes are. Took me 1.5hrs to complete using the 32" bar and it went in there so slick.
any picture of the brackets and mounting location?

I can see if I can rip it apart and take better pictures. It's cold right now have to wait till it's a bit warmer out.
Cool. No rush. Just real interested in mounting ideas where you don't need to drill into shit.
Looks clean too.

It would be cool if you could swing back by the dealer and see how they mounted the light flush/outside.
I like it 'not hidden' behind the grill b/c it kind of breaks up that big dull space.
Don't like the 'bling' of the Limited but do like the fact that its grill is not a broad expanse of boring.
Also, is there some trick for me to follow threads with big pictures and not reducing them down so small that the type is then too small to read?
