Groan @ 800rpm/idle

Recently started hearing this very odd, and noticable, groan from the front right. It exists at about 800rpm when taking off from a traffic light for a few seconds before getting above around 900rpm where it disappears.

I hear it when I start the engine (idles higher at park than D) and I feel like the exhaust note out of the tailpipe is a bit different.

Has anyone encountered this before? Search function didnt reveal much.

high or low pitch groan? Belt driven accessory (alternator, steering pump, A/C, etc) comes to mind.

Check clearance between the airbox inlet and inner fender area where the air inlet passed through. Sometimes the foam will wear and cause this type of noise.
