I expect to pay for 2 nights regardless of how long I stay. It would be a bonus if they allowed for a Friday night stay. Most group camp sites will not allow that. So, if some of us are in on Friday and others are there until Monday, that would be a 3 night charge.

OK Ladies! Here's the deal.
I have been making this a bit more difficult than it needs to be!!
Just got off the phone with the super nice folks at The Cove who have been patiently answering my numerous phone calls.
After I explained that Phillyd2 would be paying everyone's way, they were fine with that.....:toilet3:
Seriously though...
If I make reservations, EVERYONE will have to pay for 3 nights since some are coming Friday, some Saturday, and some Sunday.
Without a reservation everyone can pay for the length of time they plan on staying. 1, 2 or all 3 nights.
Willis, one of the owners, said it will be no problem accommodating our group, and we can all be camping next to each other. We should all fit in 2-3 sites at most. They do not have any scheduled events that weekend.
Willis does not forsee the area that I picked as being a problem either. Thing is, there are sooo many sites, I'm sure everyone will have a different opinion as to which site will be best anyway.
In short:
*I'll update the original post.
*I will still need a headcount.
*I will not be making reservations.
*I will call as the event gets closer to make sure "our" site is still available and keep everyone informed.
*Attendees stay as long or short as they like and only pay for their length of stay.

But back on track..
Here's a pic of the latest addition...it's called a "Command Post Tent"...the RTT is gone, and this "add-a-bombshelter" now goes off the back, creating the ultimate party room. It's a svelte 240 lbs of camping goodness, and is capable of handling a 50 mph sustained wind...comes in 3 bags. I just have to create and sew a 'bootwall' for the back of the trailer, unless any of my deployed heroes can ship me one from the Sandbox...
But back on track..
