Looking like I won't make it until sometime Saturday morning. And yes I'll probably have a half dozen or so weapons along for the ride.

We were 50/50 for this year but the odds are getting better! It would be me, the kid, possibly the pup and maybe even the trailer.

Unlike last year there will be no effort made to class up the gun range. Mr. Jes, meet the new toy!

I just got an E-mail from Cooper tires and I'll have the new Cooper SSTs on the truck in time for this trip and will be doing a review and short video for Copper. All I need now is a muddy trail or two to test out the SSTs.

Also was thinking of doing some shooting while there. I've not used the "range" before, but would like to check the sights on a few things before deer season kicks in. Is anyone else going to be doing some shooting?

The only other time I have been to the Cove is for Big Dog events, this should be fun and a little more relaxed. Looking forward to it.

My buddy and I will have a small artillery consisting of a Ruger SR9C & SR22, Glock G19, and older Barretta 380 handgun, a couple shotguns, maybe a few other odds and ends. So, we will definitely be putting several hundred rounds down the range.

Honestly, I don't remember from last year. I was new to shooting and just shot a couple hundred 9mm rounds on the shorter handgun section. There were 2 other "ranges", but I am not sure what kind of distance they were set-up for. I am sure someone else will chime in.

Not really the type of range for sighting in a hunting rifle. Getting rid of hookers so they will never be heard from again? yeah, no problem.
