p.s...i want to do a transmission cooler at the Cove...what parts do I need?

The cooler i put on Jonesyyy's truck came with everything that was needed. It does require a decent tool selection and it makes a mess. You will need a qt or 2 of ATF as well. I installed his PS cooler at the same time, that probably helped things as well

My vote is for keel hauling.....and I'm jealous that I of course bought my 4R after I went from the east coast to the west coast. At least [MENTION=68685]Ducmonsta[/MENTION] is on my coast. Looks like we need to find a way to make yall jealous lol. Have fun guys wish I could be a part of it.

Well- It's just about that time!!!


I called The Cove and we are all set.

Phillyd2 (Dave) sent me a check last week to buy us all firewood. I will be picking up $50 worth when I check-in. We can get more later if needed. Make sure you guys thank Dave for supplying the wood for the second year in a row- very generous!

Once again, when you arrive at The Cove you MUST stop at the office and check in. IF you don't stop they will be pissed! Tell them you are with the 4Runner group. I let him know we would have between 15-20 vehicles.

We will be in Campsite #2 probably sites 25, 27 and 29, overlooking the lake.
I will let you know more when I get there, or ask Willis when you check in. They didn't require a deposit (bent the rules for us) so I'm not sure how many sites we have. There will be plenty of room for us though, guaranteed!

I should be there with "The Cuz" around 9am. Steaks by noon.:becky:

Real thanks go to Jeff for again taking the time to set it all up. This year we can also thank Scott for the TONS of free stuff and for giving up his camping time to work on everybody's truck. After changing Billy's UCA he will be rewiring my window buttons to go up and when push down. :wow:

Well I'm only bringing 9 Ribeye steaks for me and the Cuz, which is just enough for us. HAHA!! Last year we ate 8 of them and left hungry. This is true.

The Tacoma is all packed and we are scheduled to leave Old Town at 2:30 PM. Weather looks great, the truck is all cleaned up and we got new cooper STTs. I'm ready !:rapture:

BTW, if anyone has experience in taking video, I could use your help on Satruday as I need to get some video of the new coopers in the mud. Girlfriend will be with me to tape, but she has never used the camera before.
