GX470 wheels on 4Runner, will they fit?

Same truck underpinnings, but since you have a Sport model, it means that your front brake rotors are slightly larger than the Limited and SR5. You may be out of luck, because the GX470 has the same undeerpinnings as the 4runner, but I don't know if it has a larger front rotor as well.

They should fit, I remember seeing a 4th gen with the GX wheels on it a while back in this thread:

I was under the impression that the Sport and the Limited have the larger rotors and the SR5 has the smaller ones.

To beat a dead horse...I have them on my 4th Gen truck right now. Slap some 265/70/17 BFGs on them and they look excellent.

Does anyone have the 18" GX, LX or Land Cruiser Rims on their 4runner?

I wonder if Bridgestone makes a Revo in that diameter size.

MacVay, I believe it's only the Sport models that have the larger front rotors (requiring th 17" wheels). IIRC, the 17" wheels are an option on the Limited models, so they have the smaller rotors used on the SR5.

The GXs are heavier, and so perhaps that's why they used the bigger wheels/rotors as standard equipment.

sharp4runr, I think you've got it right. Has the option config changed in the past couple of years? When I was looking in 2003, I remember being surprised that the larger wheels/rotors weren't standard on the Limited trim level. If the option config hasn't changed, them my memory is simply defective. Alas, t wouldn't be the first time.

Limited might have the 17"s but it's only the Sport that has the larger front brake rotors. along with the GX

LX and Land Cruiser rims won't fit, as they have a 5 bolt pattern, not the 6 that the 4Runner/GX has. Which is odd, as the previous gen Land Cruiser/LX had a 6 bolt pattern

I've seen previous gen LX wheels on a Suburban, which also has 6 bolt patterns, which makes me wonder if the new Yukon Denali rims would fit the 4Runner.
