Having trouble re-attaching front sway bar after installing Toytech lift.... need som

strange, wrote a whole bunch of info here and nothing shows.... my brain must be disengaged!!! I installed OME coils and a small spacer all from toytech today for a 3" front lift. Thanks to all of the detailed advice here, no problems, until it was time to re-install the front Sway Bar. I have a 2012 TE with KDSS. Before when I installed the Blisteins without any new springs, I simply detached the sway bar in the front and then once back together, re-attached, no problem. Now after putting in the lift, I can not get the sway bars into place to re attach. I have tried brute force and also opened the shutter valve (3 turns only as learned from reading problems others have had!), but nothing has worked so far. Any advice from anyone else who has done this mod? I worked on re-attaching the sway bar for over 2 hours today.

While at it, any advice on the rear spring replacement with KDSS so I don't have the same problem there?

I removed both sides of the KDSS swaybar before I did the lift. Once I was done, I used a floor jack under the KDSS hydraulic cylinder on the front and another jack under the lower front control arm. The frame was still supported by jack stands. The first side was the easiest. I did the drivers side first. On the passenger side, I used the same technique, but it was a little harder. I ended up using a combo of the jacks and ratchet straps to coax the swaybar links into place. I also used a screwdriver through the hole on the link to position it and line it up with the swaybar link mounting bracket on the lower control arm.

As far as the rear, it was a lot easier. I remove both end links to do the lift just as I did in the front. I then used the jack under the hydraulic cylinder and another jack under the axle. Once again, the frame was supported by jack stands so the axle moved freely. The rear sway bar links went back into position a lot easier than the front.
