HaydenATX's '15 TE-The Yeti

I think it looks like a proper build even with the slight rake. You don't want a saggy butt when you are loaded up for a trip. Nice job!

Recovery point question

If you get a minute could you explain what you have going on with your recovery points? It kind of looks like hard mounted shackles?

Thanks, Steve.

Hey Steve,

Those are actually just D-ring shackles from 4wheelparts that attach to the factory recovery points. About $15 a piece

Spent a little time on the trails at Hidden falls adventure park today.

You only added the saw because of the extra weight correct?

I wanted to keep rake when loaded down. With 1.75" in front and stock rear coils plus little 10mm spacers it sat with no rake at all, almost negative frame rake. Put a couple of dogs and gear in the back and it was sagging.

Installed the awesome orange boxx fab custom Molle panel that the homie codyHTX gave me as a bachelor party gift. This thing is rad!

Had I known you was a Star wars fan I would have done something different in the cut out. Never the less I hope you enjoy them.

Have you hit your shackles on rocks while wheeling? Seems like they would potentially catch on rocks and reduce your approach angle.

I haven't noticed it. They swing so they have some give. codyHTX bungeed his together to make them lay flat against the skid
