Hey,
I know they have had this online before, but it looks like they have revamped and now it's either $27 for just the online version, or $30 for the lifetime of the vehicle. Looks like the runner will be online shortly!

Not sure if it is helpful to anyone, but I like e-books to help cut down on clutter.
