Do these fit our trucks and would I get any HP gains?

Sure if you upgrade the intake, throttle body and ECU too. If you do that plus the headers you could gain maybe 20 hp or so.

Yeah most people don't realize you can't just upgrade one part of the system on a modern vehicle. You need to upgrade the whole intake and exhaust + the electronics that control it unless you are upgrading for noise.

If you have a lift and 285/70/17 or bigger a re-gear would be better used money.
