HeadLight and radio...

This problem just randomly started. I have an aftermarket his kit and a pioneer x920 head unit. If my lights turn on with the car startup ... No problem. But if I switch the headlights on after unit starts up my music cuts out. Any ideas?

Sounds like it may be a short somewhere; this may be better for the audio & electronics section of the forum.

Well I pulled out ou my stereo and all the wiring is good. I dought it is the audio part of it because I have two sets of hids and they only do it with one set of hids that's why I didn't post in the stereo area.

Is the issue still there if you disconnect the HID lights, start the car, turn on the lights and then turn on the stereo?
