Height measurements, help wanted

my 1999 highlander edition at stock height:

~21" front
~21.25 rear

1999 Limited. New high country shocks and 1" spacers in front and 1.5" in rear last year.
Measure from Center of wheel to the bottom of the limited fender flare.
22.5" Front
22.5" Rear, with a fill tank of gas:naughty:

Does the type of flare (limited vs SR5) change the measurement?

That's a good question I would like answer to as well.

Slightly. The flare wraps around under the fender steel. (1/8"-1/4")

Rear 20"/34"

I'm looking for a setup that would give me around 22" but everyone tells me it doesn't exist so it was just going to buy some cheap moog 99 coils.

What I used getting extra 1" on my 96 Limited bringing height to 21".

Price is cheap , ride is comfe and guaranteed resistance to sagging.

From there pick up some 1" spacers that will give 22" you seek

I just installed a 2" spacer on the front and new 890s on the rear. I am looking at the Bilstein 5100s since I need new struts anyway. I sure hope these 890s settle down some. I will ditch the spacers once I get the 5100s and set up the 5100s for 2.5 inches. Still debating on the trim packs for the front in hopes that the 890s will settle down a little.

My Measurements

1996 4cyl, 5spd, no a/c, no added weight up front.

@80,000 mi (125,000 km) on original gear:

20'' on all corners


now with 20,000 km on my new setup:
99 tall fronts
OME 2906 rears
Bilstien HDs

22'' on all corners

I got a 2'' lift out of the 99 tall front coils. I blame this on the lack of weight in the front of my truck, see above. The 99 tall rears left me 1'' sagging so I changed to the OMEs.

ya there are too many things that come in to play when u measure from the ground... tire size, rim size, how much tread is left, etc...

from a company that is now out of business "Performance Products". I believe they were bought by 4 Wheel Parts. I bought this set up back in 2000 and it was discontinued a few years later. Too bad cuz it has worked out well for me.

Was hoping for a 1 inch rake and its actually a little lower in the rear. I think I need a front bumper to compress the front end
