Hella Rallye 4000 wiring

So I recently purchased 4 hella lights to go on my smittybilt rack and I can't figure out the best way to wire them without drilling a hole in my roof. I also need to figure out how to make a wiring harness. I noticed upon installation of my rack that there's something under the end caps on the end of the roof rails that lead into the headliner I think. Does anyone have any pictures/opinions that'd be great. I have a 2002 4Runner SR5 Sport Edition.

been done many times, search for wiring antennas or roof rack lights. There is a cap you can pull off at the front of the rack as i recall.

So I've made nearly no progress. Should I route it from the lights through the back? Or is there another way? At least could anyone show me a thread that goes step by step through this? Haha I've looked and I haven't found much. :help: Maybe I'm just stupid :bash:
