Hella Supertones question

just put these on the 4Runner today. They sound like crap to me. Can they work if the polarity is reversed ? I didn't have time to play with them. Hooked bottom connector up to ground and plugged factory wire to top connector.

I used a relay. The original horn is ~32 w and the super tone pair are a 132w combined.

if you wired it in as is with oem wiring, then yes it will sound like crap. they need a relay to sound good
