Help decoding VIN?

Hey what's up? Was just wondering if anyone was proficient in decoding 4runner VIN's?

I'm curious what color mine is, I can't tell if it's silver or blue! lol.

The color, trim, etc codes are not part of the VIN, but are listed at the bottom of the VIN plate.

Yea, I googled it but it's not telling me the info that I want to know. I want to know paint code, trim, etc....

I'm in Iraq at the moment so I can't go out and look at the trim plate.

Where is the VIN plate located?

In the engine compartment, on the firewall. There's a sticker inside the drivers door, too, but if yours is like mine it's illegible.
