HELP! I got problems with '954Runner

I have a '95 4Runner V6 Auto 4WD...It started the day I bought it, I got up to 70 mph and there was a vibration/sound that made me scared to go any faster...then I noticed a "card against spokes sound" At lower speeds(30-40 mph) I have since replaced the passenger side axle and universal joint.....still the same issue....I am sure that it is not the bearings because there is zero play and the sound seems to be coming from just below the shifter....to the left. Any help would be great....this hole is getting to deep!

Jack it up and spin the front wheels independently to see if you can hear the sound. Sounds like a bearing or a CV joint.

Does the sound go with the speed? The faster.you go the faster the slap sound?
