Help ID Throttle Body?

This TB came with my supercharger and I'd like to sell it. Problem is, I don't know what it came off of. Anyone know how to ID these or recognize this one? Any help is appreciated.

It should work for any 3.4 engine that doesn't have drive by wire, for a 4runner that would be 1996-2000. I don't know years for the other trucks that used the 3.4 like the tacoma, or t100, or tundra.

Yes it should work with a 3.4L without drive by wire.
I did a Yahoo search with 62220 8F10 and came out with this:

5-speed and auto are different. (No kickdown needed on a stick.) Pre-OBDII T100's (and possibly others) are different as they used EGR's employing those mystery pipes with the caps on the top of the TB. No 3G 3.4's had EGR valves as they are all OBDII. Cruise control adds another factor.

Not all models used that round vacuum throttle opener thingy that this one has. My '99 5-speed has it, but a lot of 3G trucks don't--mainly auto's, but many auto's do. (Recent thread on this. Possibly cruise control?) If that thing is not connected to vacuum, idle will be way too high.

These factors account for why HiLife's list does NOT include all '96-'00 and excludes 5-speeds. This is off an auto w/cruise--it's set up for three control cables: pedal, kickdown and cruise.
