Just bought my 4Runner. Still learning, I saw this on the top and looked like the hose was missing or cut, need help figuring out what it is and where it goes. In the photo it’s the bronze color metal tubing with the black end

Don't think it goes anywhere. I'm in Rio Rancho too. I'll look under my hood later because i remember seeing the same thing.
