HELP lift gate wiring problem

I need help. I was rear ended last week and had to replace my lift gate. I have a 99 SR5. I bought a 98 Limited lift gate and the connector for the power window and wiper is different. On the vehicle side it is a 4 pin connector. On the 98 gate side it is a 8 pin connector but only using 6 pins. I need to know what pins i need and what ones I can eliminate. thanks for the help in advance, it is appreciated.

I'm not sure what connector you mean, the window motor only has 2 wires, the wiper motor has 4 wires. Where is the connector you are referring to?
