Help Me Figure Out What Bull Bar/Grill Guard I Saw

So twice now in the past week I have seen a green Tundra around town. Not the current gen one, so i guess 06 or a little earlier. It had a really cool looking front guard but i have no idea what kind it was.

It only goes to the top of the bumper, not covering the grill. It went all the way to the sides to give some protection to the fog lights. It wasn't a Westin Bull Bar look. It also wasn't so round like the one for FJ's.

The closest I could find was this. But it did not have a skid plate or winchand it sat a little lower/closer to the body.

Someone help me this is driving me nuts, I've checked and searched everywhere. I want to get an idea how it would look on my 4Runner.

The stuff on downey isn't what i've seen either. Thanks for the suggestion tho. Anyone else have any guesses based on my description? I'm dying to know.
