Help on 99' Highlander W/TRD Supercharger

I have the dreaded P0330 CEL, which from my research is most likely the secondary knock sensor harness and or the secondary knock sensor it self.

Is it worth changing the other knock sensor and harness at the same time, is it the same harness part number?

Is it assessable without taking off the supercharger?

Change them both. They're under the lower intake manifold, no point in pulling it more than once. Replace the manifold gaskets and valve cover gaskets while it's apart too. And yes, the supercharger has to come off to access them.
