HELP - Which B&M Trans Cooler 70268 or 70264?

I have a 2002 4Runner Limited with auto and 143k miles - excellent shape. I do not tow anything. I live north of philly where we are rarely in the single digits as a winter low and summer highs can be in the low 90's, rarely much warmer. I have access to both a B&M 70268 and a B&M 70264. Which one should I install? Pros and cons? Thanks

Between the two B&M's:

70268: (Energy rating- 13.000 BTU)
Usually ~$55-60

70264: (Energy rating- 14,400 BTU)
Usually ~$70-75

I'd personally go with the 70268 with your application strictly due to usage and requirements of your vehicle. You don't stress your truck out on hot days or haul trailers frequently. You could even get away with a B&M 70255 which comes in @ 9,800 BTU, but it's the same price as the 70268, so I'd just get the 70268.

I wouldn't say NOT to get one, especially since they prevent coolant and tranny fluid mixing. But you really don't require much in terms of a cooler. The tranny coolers in our radiators are tiny.
