Help with complex Back up light wiring

I am attempting to wire a back up light/s. But to be difficult I want to do it my way. The question is how do I do it my way? I would like the operation of the back up lamp to be based on the following conditions. Condition 1. is that the back up light cannot come on without the parking lamps being on. Condition 2. is that the back up lights must come on when the reverse lamps come on but only when condition 1. is met first. This will save using back up lights for when it is dark. Condition 3. I also want the back up lights to be over ridden and controlled by a dash switch, allowing me to use the lamp w/o having the vehicle in revere (trailer hookup, bike loading, etc.).

I know I will likely have to use (2) 5 pin relays I just don't know how to make this work.

If you can live without the Parking Lamp condition, you can use a simple relay, and a Single pole, Double throw switch. One power source from the battery, and one the other from your trailer reverse circuit. The trailer reverse circuit is easily "tapped" from the drivers side kick panel by using an add-a-fuse type device. The SPDT switch and relay combo will allow :
1. Always on
2. OFF
3. On when in reverse only.

I recently did this exact thing, and it was super simple, I am very happy with the results. See pics below.

Two relays and two diodes.

First relay gets power from the parking lamps. Signal wire is reverse light. Ground to chassis and outputs 12v to your LED pods. Diode on the output to prevent reverse current flow.

2nd relay gets power from constant 12v, signal wire is from your dash switch. Ground to chassis and outputs 12v to your led pods. Diode on the output to prevent back feeding when first relay is on.
