Help with designing a circuit for reverse lights

I am installing my Shrockworks rear bumper and I bought the reverse lights that come with it and they have it wired up so that they are connected with the reverse lights in the car (i.e. when the car goes in reverse the car reverse and the new bumper reverse lights go on) I would like to wire it up in such a way that when I am also in park or stopped to camp I can have a switch that will also turn on the new reverse lights in the bumper to give some foot lighting but also be able to have them automatically come on when I put it into reverse... any of you double E engineers out there have a good design for some thing like that?

Thanks, Bill

Just need a three position switch. I haven't found one yet, but I haven't started looking. I was bummed that AOB doesn't make one.

Yes I think a 3-pos switch, fuse, and relay would cover it. Here is a basic diagram from the world wide web.
