Help With T4R parts websites

Hello all!

As you can see I am a brand new member and just wanted to say hello and thanks to the adminsand members for having such a great resource for 4Runner lovers.

I have been a huge 4Runner fan since I was a little kid and am the proud new owner of a 96 SR5. I am planning on doing LOTS of mods but am having trouble finding a good toyo parts website or sites. To start off I need to put a new front axel in as well as bushings. I also want to add a stereo, CB radio with PA system, Trian horn, window tint, new carpeting (with sound insulation), a bull/front mount light bar, cold air intake, exhaust, etc ( I could keep going but that should keep me busy for now)

If anyone has any recommendations or ideas please let me know. If there is another thread I should be looking at please let me know that too.

I just go to the regular parts stores. Rockauto.com is also a good resource for replacement parts. As far as goodies, im not sure where to go for that. I usually buy everything used.

hey and welcome, try ebay and craigs list. just keep watching the threads and in about a month you'll have more resources than you know what to do with. check out the search button too.

reg. parts stores work just fine. ebay for cheap lights and goodies. very rarly a dealer is needed. nice looking runner also.

Are those 16" rims. I'm assuming you have a lift. What size?

Yes they are 16's and I believe its a 3 or 3.5 inch lift. Im not sure because I bought it like that.

i could give you a ton of websites so you should tell me what you specifically need and i'll tell you what websites. to start here are my favorite two, they're for mostly specialty parts. P.S. what do you mean you need a "new front axle"?
