Here,s my build, missing anything?

I am looking for a relatively simple build for my florida trail suv which will be my daily driver to amd from office but to also carry my mountain bike, pull my 2k lb boat, go offroad 2x per month to access my hunting lease, traversing creeks and muddy ruts, etc but nothing too hard core.

While i am open to a sr5 premium 4x4 im leaning toward the trail w kdss even tho it doesnt have leather, something i normally prefer. Speaking of, why doesnt leather come as option? I just sat on my leather with muddy shorts from mountain biking and it wiped right off. The trail cloth seats prob would have been stained.

Back to the build, white trail with weather mats and kdss is probably all i am looking for. Running boards are. Ot popular esp for offroading but my wife is short and small and im concerned about her ability to get in and out, same w daughter so what are ur thoughts on this? What else am i missing that might be important? This will be a lease, dont want to load it up but nicely equipped.

You can get either the SR5 Premium or the Trail Premium with Softex. SofTex is an artificial leather that is made of thermoplastic polyurethane. Running boards are an easy option. Based off of your projected needs, KDSS really isn't necessary, 4wd would be just fine. It is a $1750 option that you wouldn't really gain any benefit from. IMO - save your money with an SR5 premium. Add the options you want.

Additionally, I recommend you pass on the mud mats from Toyota and buy a set of Weathertechs.

Suggest you leave it as is for the first six months. Afterwards you should have a good idea of what additional capabilities you need based on where / how you drive it.

If you NEED them, sliders make good steps to help get in and out. Not as good as running boards but kids will learn to adapt without issue and since wives will always find something to complain about you may as well do whatever you want

I like Phillyd2 response about waiting 6 months for any big mods.

If you don`t need sliders, I think n-fab steps look better than running boards.
I have the cargo cover, it`s not great but does help hide whatever is in the back.
