hey yall! got me a 2nd runner! blown head gasget. need advise please

ight so, i got another 94 4runner, same year make model engine as my other, except its black and has a moonroof. has 127k on the 3.slow and has a blown headgasket and warped heads. my other 4runner runs great, except the entire front end (including diff and cv shafts, controll arms, shocks the whole 9 yards...soo swap the motors..swap the front ends..also replaced my batt and now i cant get her to start just clicks rapidly. any advise appriciated!!

sounds like the its not grounding right clean all the grounding points.

yes agreed, that sounds like a low power issue due to either a low battery, bad ground or posi lead. or a relay/solenoid is going bad.. i'd stick the batt on a charger while you clean all your contact points and reattach everything

thanks, i charged the batt while cleaning and checking all grounds and power connection..i had a ground that had become disconnected.

Did your runner already have the head gasket recall done on it?

Does anything else turn on radio lights ect. Kinda sounds like starter contacts
