I contacted support through email. They quickly responded and commented that it was a weird issue, and to maybe try testing the grounds. The grounds on the relay harness (common) could explain those fuses blowing, but the ground in the OE harness would have to also be faulty for the first light that blew a fuse (pre-relay harness install).
I’m going to experiment with the relay harness grounds, but I have a suspicion still that the cold temps are causing higher draw from the ballasts than claimed/expected. I’ll see if I can get a reading on that draw during startup somehow.
