High mileage TRD coils

I think I've got a lead on some salvaged y/y, y/b TRD coils. Only thing I know about them now is that they have less than 200k on them. At what point do you say it's not worth it due to mileage on these things?

Don't wanna try and save some money only to have it cost me money.

First of all what are TRD coils?

Toyota never sold a TRD package for the 4Runner that had separate suspension coils.

People often use Tundra (F) / LandCruiser (R) coils (do a search here or go to Sonoran Steel's website) but even those are not Toyota TRD just Toyota. What make and model were the suspension parts sold for?

I would suggest that buying any coils for $$$ that have more than 100k miles on them is a bad idea. In fact I would not pay anything for coils at 100k on them but certainly can.

Here is my logic. Say a single LC coil is $100 brand new. Well than used with 5 miles on it then it's worth no more than $70. Fast forward to 50k miles ... Maybe $30. 100k miles on it (near end of life or at least 75% there) I would pay $0 or $15.

I was refering to the 1st gen Tundra front springs with the y/y, y/b paint code...Quite frequently referred to, on this and other sites, as TRD coils (right or wrong). More specifically they came off a 2002 tundra access cab with offroad package.
